how to make Starbucks caramel brulee latte

buy a lot of our syrups, sadly caramel brulee isn't one of them. For it hot, it is steamed milk (2% is our standard). Tall size (12 oz) is one shot of espresso and 3 pumps of syrup, Grande size (16 oz) is 2 shots of espresso and 4 pumps of syrup, Venti hot size (20 oz) is 2 shots of espresso and 5 pumps of syrup, Venti iced size (26 oz) is 3 shots of espresso and 6 pumps of syrup. Topped with whipped cream (which we make daily) and our caramel brulee candied topping.
